Madgicx Website
Madgicx is a marketing platform for advertisers, offering AI-powered ad automation and analytics. After their rebrand, they needed a full redesign and rebuild of their Webflow website.
Madgicx needed someone who could take full ownership of the process, move fast, and deliver high-end results with minimal input. The goal was to bring structure, speed, and long-term scalability to their marketing site using the new brand identity without overwhelming internal development team.
The project was executed under the Unlimited Subscription Plan, which gave Madgicx full access to strategy, design, and development. All delivered fast and without the overhead of managing multiple people.
Phase One: Figma Redesign
The project began by implementing the new brand identity in Figma. Every major section of the site was restructured and redesigned, including:
- Homepage
- Solutions, Workflow, Analytics, and AI Creatives
- Blog and Blog CMS
- Case Studies and Careers (CMS)
- Ad Cost Calculator, Partner Program, Compare Pages
- Legal Pages and System Pages (404, Terms, etc.)
A scalable system was built using global variables, structured styles, and reusable components designed for both speed and long-term maintainability.
Phase Two: Webflow Development
The redesigned structure was rebuilt in Webflow using the Client-First framework.
Key steps included:
- Global design system updates (typography, color, radius)
- Full rebuild of key pages with pixel-perfect execution
- CMS integration for blog, careers, and case studies
- Speed optimization, background animation, and UI tweaks
- QA and feedback loop with async updates via Loom
- 14-day post-launch period for final fixes and polish
Madgicx now runs a high-performance, scalable Webflow site that’s fully aligned with their brand and easy to manage. With design and development handled under one roof, their internal workload dropped dramatically, turning a weekly time sink into a smooth, monthly check-in.
Working with Jaroslav has completely changed the game for us. The first time we built a website, we worked with a freelance designer who handled everything in Figma and an in-house developer who built the site. To be honest, it was a nightmare. I spent so many hours trying to get these two worlds to sync up, and I honestly wish I could get that time back. But then we started working with Jaroslav, and what used to be a project that took hours of my week, turned into something that now only takes a few hours of my month. Why? First, Jaroslav is extremely organized. He comes to the first kick-off call prepared, asking all the right questions, and really takes the time to understand your business. He has this ability to bring both design and production under one roof, and the result is something that just works.Another thing I really appreciate is that Jaroslav always gives you a realistic timeline. There’s none of the "this will take two weeks" that ends up stretching to two months. When he says something will be done in three months, it’s done in three months. He keeps you updated weekly, so you know exactly what he's working on. Plus, he makes sure he has all the info he needs from you before moving forward—no surprises. With the different plans available, you can adjust your hours and only pay for what you actually need. For a project/season-based role like this, I would never go for an in-house designer. In short, Jaroslav made our web development process way more efficient, saving me time and headaches. If you're looking for someone reliable who actually delivers, I highly recommend him.
