Branding Sprint for Startups

About

Startup branding has its own rules. You want it to feel techy, but still human. High-end, but still relatable. The best startup brands strike a balance, they look modern and sharp, but also approachable and light. The kind of brand people actually want to wear on a hoodie.

Some go too far and end up with something cold and sterile. Others get it right by focusing on the things that matter:

  • A bulletproof strategy
  • Human, relatable messaging
  • Clear communication
  • Smart, intentional visuals
  • A thoughtful color system
  • And finally, a logo that’s memorable, not just decorative

What do most people get wrong? They obsess over the logo way too early and skip the strategic foundation. That’s a mistake. Without clear positioning and audience-first thinking, even the best-looking logo won’t land.

That’s why I specialize in branding for startups. Branding a coffee shop and branding a SaaS tool are two completely different games, and I know this one inside out.

Process

Everyone I’ve worked with appreciates how organized and clear the process is. I don’t ask for calls unless absolutely necessary. Everything runs async, and updates come via Loom with screen recordings and clear commentary. You’ll have the final say on every task, and nothing moves forward without your approval.

I’m confident in the quality of my work, which is why I offer unlimited revisions. In most cases, clients are happy from the start, and we rarely need more than two rounds. You’ll always have full control during each phase, and I never move forward until everything is approved.

This is how the process looks like:

  1. Schedule a discovery call via the contact form
    • Share who you are and what is your product is
    • Include a link to your old brand guidelines or important materials
  2. Sign contract and pay invoice
  3. Initial interview to undrestand your:
    • Business
    • Product
    • Target audience
  4. Strategy phase:
    • Mission
    • Vision
    • USP
    • Values
    • Demographics
    • Personas
    • Messaging
    • Tone of voice
  5. Logo, colors, typography & look and feel
Benefits

I’m a perfectionist, and I love hitting deadlines. Over the last 8 years, I’ve fixed countless Webflow issues and learned a lot about user behavior along the way. My goal isn’t just to deliver a clean brand, but to bring all that experience into creating the smoothest possible experience for you and your users. If something can be done better, I’ll say it. If I see a way to improve the user flow, I’ll do it. Here’s what I bring to the table:

  • Webflow Premium Partner
  • 40+ completed projects
  • 8 years of experience
  • Structured process
  • Effective async communication via Looms and email
  • Unlimited revisions with your final say on every step

When I say I’m a perfectionist, I mean it. I apply UX thinking not just to design, but also to time management and communication. After each call or revision, you’ll get a structured summary of what I’m working on, what I need from you, and what comes next. See how I communicate with clients:

Feedback

Jaroslav has surpassed all my expectations when designing the website for my online course. Fast, Reliable, trustworthy, and always willing to go above and beyond. Very quickly I was able to trust him to make certain decisions for me as he knows what works aesthetically as well as what is most user friendly. Im thrilled with the final website and so thankful to have had Jaroslav to help make this a reality.
